- Download the JTBA Registration Form or Register using their "Team App" form from their website (www.JTBA.com)
- Day of Event: Submit your Registration form and Pay ($65 JTBA member pre-registered; $75 JTBA non-member pre-register; $10 late fee as applicable) tournament fee.
